Offered in this rare lot is a letter typed and hand signed by John Candy, dated December 11, 1984 (pre-Space Balls and Uncle Buck, but post-Blues Brothers and SCTV), written to his friend, Dee Black. In the letter, John apologizes profusely for neglecting to stay in touch, and ends with a post script asking for "a little something" because "acting isn't working out like I planned". Clearly a joke, as he was in the middle of his extensive (although cut too short) and lucrative acting career. In fine condition and a rare collectible! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
