This American Federation of Musicians Contract is signed by Jerry Lee Lewis and is dated February 24th, 1966. Lewis was signed to perform two 45-minute shows on Friday & Saturday June 17th & 18th, and three 30-minute shows on June 19th for a total amount of $2250,at the Springlake Amusement Park in Oklahoma City. The contract is one page, measuring 8.5" x 11" with two punch holes at the top and signed by Lewis at the bottom. Some tearing and handling wear to the edges, and several handwritten notes and calculations are scattered around the edges and the back-side, but overall in fine condition for a used performance contract!
