This 14" x 17" document was signed by William McKinley during his time as governor of Ohio, on November 20, 1894. The document appoints William Schlosser as county auditor of Seneca County, Ohio for a term of 3 years. The document is countersigned by Samuel Taylor as Secretary of State. The original gold seal of the state of Ohio is affixed in the lower left corner. There is one horizontal and three vertical folds and a few areas of minor toning, as well as a light adhesive residue on the back. Overall this document is in very good condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
