Will Sampson, who played "Chief" - the narrator of the original novel - in the 1962 movie "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", has signed this 8" x 10" black & white promotional photo in black felt tip. Autographs in any form from Sampson are a rarity, with this being one of only two we have ever seen on a photograph! In fine condition. Accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
