The Miss Beverly Hills of Hollywood comic series starred a character named "Beverly Hills" and her boyfriend "Will Shire". Hills was a would-be starlet on a never-ending, never-fulfilled quest to be a star, who was aided by Shire's journalistic contacts inside various studios. This penultimate volume (#8) features a story ("The Road to Stardom featuring Ronald Reagan") about then-Hollywood star (little was it known at the time that he would later be President) Ronald Reagan. Making this edition a rare collectible, Reagan has signed the comic twice - once on the cover "To Robert Fara, with best wishes, Ronald Reagan", and once on an inside page next to his comic-rendered self! A fantastic collectible harkening back to Reagan's pre-politician days. In fine condition with general handling wear, but all pages intact. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
