Nicknamed "The Rajah", Rogers Hornsby played in MLB for 23 seasons, the majority of which were for the Cardinals, although also included the Giants, Braves, Cubs, and St. Louis Browns (now Baltimore Orioles). His .358 batting average is second only to the great Ty Cobb's. Offered here is a signed postcard by Hornsby in blue ink with the date "1956". In fine condition with handling wear from postage, a few staple marks across the top, and the address of the fan requesting the autograph, along with typical postage marks, on the reverse. Authenticated by James Spence Authentication (JSA) with a full Letter of Authenticity.
