Interesting document resolving a dispute between Arnaz and his agency, three pages, 8.5" x 13", December 9, 1970. Arnaz, as president of Desi Arnaz Productions, agrees to pay the William Morris Agency a settlement amount of $69,804.00 for commissions due in relations to the agency's involvement in the show "Mothers-In-Law". The document details the terms of the settlement and is signed twice at the conclusion by Arnaz--once as the President of his production company and again on his behalf. The document exhibits some moisture staining on the upper portion, not affecting the signatures, otherwise fine.
