Presented here is a choice signed bank check, drawn on the account of Apple Publishing Ltd. on 1st March 1971 and made payable to "Bill Collins" for a sum of 18,102.71 pounds. The large sum would confirm the business between the two entertainment stars, as Bill Collins would make a name for himself managing Badfinger, which was originally signed to Apple Records. Harrison briefly acted as a producer for the 1971 Badfinger album Straight Up, but would leave for a larger project in completing his work on the Concert for Bangladesh. Easily the largest sum we have seen signed off by the former Beatle! Overall in fine condition with typical stamping.
