The Eagles made their debut in 1971 with a country-flavored rock. After chronicling America throughout the 1970s (a time of rapidly changing social mores), the Eagles broke up in 1980—only to reunite in 1994 for a new album and tour. They released four consecutive #1 albums between 1975 and 1979, and given their musical abilities and longevity, they have carved out a legacy as one of the greatest bands in modern history. This brand new Takamine professional 3/4 model acoustic guitar is beautifully hand signed by four (4) members of the Eagles lineup, with Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Glenn Frey and Timothy B. Schmit on the body in exceptional black felt tip marker. Overall in good condition with minor handling wear & a minor crack in the wood near the bottom. From an autograph perspective, Eagles guitars are nearly impossible to find, given the fact that the members of the band (specifically Don Henley) are keenly aware of the memorabilia market and almost always refuse to sign musical equipment — especially guitars!
