Land grant, 13.75" x 9", January 4, 1831, in which President Jackson grants a parcel of land to Arthur Ruby in Ohio. Signed at the bottom as president, "Andrew Jackson," in black ink. Document exhibits moderate uniform toning and some scattered paper loss, most noticeably the missing bottom right corner. Heavy fold line impressions, all of which would be mineralized with framing. In overall very good condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
