Land grant, 10" x 15.75", June 1, 1829, in which President Jackson grants a parcel of land to Veronica Kilhofer of Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Signed at the bottom as president, "Andrew Jackson," in black ink. Document exhibits moderate uniform toning and scattered spotting. Heavy fold line impressions, all of which would be minimalized with framing. In overall fine condition for a document of it's age. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
