Land grant, 10" x 16", January 4, 1831, in which President Jackson grants a parcel of land to John Ray of Indiana. Signed at the bottom as president, "Andrew Jackson," in black ink. Document exhibits moderate uniform toning. Fold line impressions have been minimalized as much as possible with framing. In overall good condition. Seal is still affixed and intact. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Steve Grad/Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
