In 1973, Walt ("Clyde") Frazier and Jerry West faced each other for a second time in the NBA Finals as the Knicks and the Lakers fought for the championship. The Lakers were out for blood as they sought vengeance after their defeat in the 1970 finals by the same team. In the end, New York ended up defeating Los Angeles again in a 4-1 win. Offered here is the May 1973 Sports Illustrated magazine signed by the star of both teams, Walt Frazier and Jerry West, in black felt tip marker. In fine condition with some handling wear and creasing to the cover. Accompanied by a COA from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
