Black Sabbath's 1970 album "Paranoid" has been signed on the inside centerfold of the cover by guitarist Tony Iommi. The cover exhibits moderate surface impressions and handling wear, although the inside of the cover where Iommi has signed displays nicely. Accompanied by a COA from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
