The 1995 American League between April and Mickey's passing in August was ran by brand new commissioner Gene Budig, who would man the position between 1995-1999. Offered here is an ULTRA-RARE official American League Gene Budig baseball signed during the last few months of Mantle's life across the sweet spot in bold blue ink. Possibly one of the last spheres signed by the Yankee legend, the rarity of this offering cannot be understated! Authenticated by PSA/DNA with their sticker affixed.
