Offered here is one of the toughest modern-era rookie cards to find, featuring New York Yankee favorite Derek Jeter. The Captain earned the right to be called a winner by leading his team to the postseason time and time again. This 1993 SP #279 Foil card is clearly Jeter's most appealing rookie issue, and adding to the desirability of this offering is a youthful black felt tip signature from a pre-rookie Jeter. This is one of only a handful of 1993-era signed foil cards known to exist, and the first we have ever encountered. In fine condition with light typical wear to the foil card and a bold pre-rookie signature. Authenticated & encapsulated by PSA.
