This June 5, 1985 check made out to Raymond Lutzker, O.D. for the amount of $636.00 with the notation "Glasses" has been beautifully hand signed by The Grateful Dead frontman Jerry Garcia in black felt tip pen. The check itself is written in another hand. Garcia is an extremely tough and rare autograph. The signature is so impeccable it has been given the grade of GEM MINT 10 and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
