Michael Jordan's friend Spike Lee was just as critical to the success of Jordan sneakers as Jordan himself. Their historic relationship began when Spike Lee's character Mars Blackmon became the primary pitchman in NIKE commercials for Air Jordans, helping cement Jordan's signature sneakers in popular culture. The hybrid Spiz'ike shoes were released as a tribute to Jordan and Lee's relationship and the Brooklyn-born filmmaker's contributions. They are a mash-up of the Jordan III, IV, V, VI, IV and XX shoes. The "40A" on the reverse of one of the sneakers represents Spike Lee's film company, 40 Acres & A Mule Filmworks. Offered here is a limited edition (#2361 of 4032) pair of the Jordan Spiz-ikes, signed on the outside of the right sneaker by His Airness himself. In good condition. Accompanied by a COA from Upper Deck Authenticated (UDA).
