Most people know Jimmy Page as getting his start with the Yardbirds and eventually moving on as the legendary guitarist of Led Zeppelin. However, before Zeppelin, and before the Yardbirds, a young Jimmy page played a brief stint with Mickey Finn and the Blue Men as a session guitarist. Guitarist Mickey Finn (aka Mickey Waller), keyboardist John "Fluff" Cooke, bassist John Burkett, vocalist Alan Marks, and drummer Richard Brand formed Mickey Finn and the Blue Men in late 1963. Jimmy Page recorded with the band over the months following the release of their first single in January 1964. Offered here is an incredibly scarce 4" x 5" album page signed by all five of the main members of the Blue Men, as well as a very young Jimmy Page from his time with the band, all in blue ballpoint pen. Page autographs in any form are a rarity, as he has always been a bit of an elusive signer, but here we are honored to offer the earliest Jimmy Page autograph known to surface! In overall fine condition with very clean autographs - Page's early autograph is read letter-by-letter! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
