Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, May 30, 1833. President Johnson grants James J. Scidday of Louisiana a parcel of land. Prominently signed at the conclusion by President Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. In overall fine condition with two vertical folds and some staining along the bottom. The seal exhibits some wear. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
