Gehrig's signature is scripted in black ballpoint adding “Cordially, Lou Gehrig” upon a lightly toned 3.5” x 1.5” album page. Gehrig signature examples have always commanded a premium in the hobby due to his legendary stature and the fact he passed away prematurely in 1941 at the age of thirty-nine. The offered signature is an outstanding rare graded mint example and its manner of presentation makes it perfect for display in either home or office.
