This tremendous first day cover is stamp & presumably signed just 12 days prior to Martin Luther King Jr.'s famous speech on August 16, 1963. King has signed the original first day cover in bold blue ballpoint, "Martin Luther King Jr." receiving an impressive grade of MINT 9 from PSA/DNA. Overall in excellent condition.
