The hallmark of any great basketball card collection is the Michael Jordan Fleer rookie. For about seven years, no recognized manufacturer marketed basketball cards. That was until Fleer entered the fray in 1986. The big card was that of Jordan. In the photo Jordan is soaring through the air en route to a slam dunk. Could there be another lasting image than that of MJ flying through the air? Making this particular lot even more desirable, each of these five (5) coveted rookie issues feature a choice felt tip marker signature from MJ across the lower half of the card. Bestowed are the following grades: one (1) MINT 9; two (2) Near Mint-Mint 8s; one (1) Near Mint 7; and the final card which is not graded but that features a signature that would be a worthy candidate for grading. In addition to each card being authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA, each card is also accompanied by a serial numbered hologram and COA from Upper Deck Authenticated (UDA).

It is important to note that while Jordan has a very liberal autograph policy with UDA, he NO LONGER signs rookie cards. This policy has been in effect for over two years, and has been witnessed at several UDA signing events. With MJ's legendary status solidified with a Hall of Fame induction in 2009, rare specimens of his coveted rookie issue are destined for continued growth. Don't miss this incredible investment opportunity!
