Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals was the final game with the Chicago Bulls for Hall of Famer’s Michael Jordan and coach Phil Jackson. Both would retire from the NBA following the Championship, then eventually return. This game earned, and still holds, the highest TV ratings of an NBA game of all time. Offered is the purple towel MJ used in the Championship clinching game against the Utah Jazz. Also included in this lot is a VIP Finals game ticket, used by the individual who obtained the towel, which positioned him in the perfect spot directly behind the Bulls bench. This ticket has been graded VG3, encapsulated, and authenticated by PSA/DNA.

The towel comes with a signed affidavit that reads in part “The purple towel enclosed is indeed the actual towel used by Michael Jordan during his final NBA game. I know this because I personally witnessed Alexander Lawrence obtain the towel from the bench seat where Michael Jordan was seated during the game (located directly in front of my seat)”. Two pictures of Jordan wearing the towel and a Utah Jazz seating chart. This also comes with a LOA from Sports Investors for the game use. This does not come with the jersey photographed. You will receive the towel, LOA from Sports Investors, Printed photos of Jordan with the towel (matted from previous framing), Notarized affidavit from original collector, and his PSA authenticated and graded ticket for behind the Bulls bench.

Jordan relics from this historic game--such as his jersey or shoes--would sell for millions--if not tens of millions of dollars. This lot provides the prospective bidder their one shot at a solid, well documented relic of Jordan used history from this legendary game!
