Presented is a full ticket for the Aug. 15, 2023 Single-A matchup between the Lakeland Flying Tigers and Bradenton Marauders, held at the Marauders' LECOM Park in Bradenton, Florida. This game marked Pittsburgh Pirates phenom Paul Skenes' Single-A debut and came just five days after he made his professional baseball debut with the Rookie-level Florida Coast League Pirates. In this matchup, Skenes pitched a single inning, striking out two batters and allowing only one baserunner. Skenes has front-signed the ticket in blue ink. Boasting a blazing fastball and a wipeout slider, Skenes has immediately become one of the best pitchers in baseball before he has even thrown 150 MLB innings. In his MLB debut season, the former LSU Tiger posted an 11-3 record with a 1.96 ERA and a 0.95 WHIP. He struck out 170 batters in 133 innings and was named the NL starter for the 2024 All-Star Game, becoming the first No. 1 draft pick to do so as a rookie.
