This 3" x 5" Index Card has been personally signed by Pete Rose and Bart Giamatti in black ink. Giamatti has signed in ballpoint while Rose has signed in felt tip marker. Giamatti's most notable act as Commissioner was to negotiate the agreement resolving the Pete Rose betting scandal in which Rose was permitted to voluntarily withdraw from the sport to avoid further punishment. Overall in fine condition. This item comes encapsulated and authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services. Additionally, this item will include a Certificate of Authenticity from PSA/DNA and a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication.
