Beautiful Andrew Jackson signed land grant. The frame measures 28x30. This Land Grant document is from November 9, 1830. President Jackson appoints 361 acres to a woman by the name of Cleive Rigoche (likely the result of her husbands passing while serving in the armed forces). The conclusion of the document bears a bold and dark signature from Jackson along with the Commissioner of the General Land Office, Elijah Hayward.
