Prince's stage-worn custom-made red high-heeled boots from the 1997 "Jam of the Year" Tour, featuring classic 'Love Symbol' charms as zipper pulls. The handsome hand-crafted red linen boots  feature zippered uppers, black leather linings, and rubber Translite soles. Both heels are reinforced with metal brackets, a standard design used for Prince's stage shoes to prevent them from breaking during Prince’s exuberant stage performances. Each has gold-embossed engraving inside: "The City Cobbler - Custom Made Shoes" In overall very good to fine condition, with noticeable wear from use, including scuffs, wear, and pulls to the fabric resulting from Prince's famous on-stage splits.

In addition to usage on tour, these boots have been style matched to the boots worn by Prince on the January 1996 cover of Esquire's Gentleman's issue. The boots currently have black heels that appear to have been replacements, and it is very likely that the original heels were red as pictured in the Esquire cover image.

Accompanied by a detailed Letter of Authenticity from Prince's former wife, Mayte Garcia. An incredible piece of Prince memorabilia that represents his iconic style.
