Sylvester Stallone signed this 4.5"x 6.5" unlined index card in October 1992 in the parking lot of Spago Restaurant in W. Hollywood, Ca. Accompanying the card is an original 4"x6" candid photo taken of him right after he signed the card, while he was waiting for the valet to bring his car. Both the photo and card are in mint condition.
