Offered here is a 11" x 14" color glossy photo of Franklin's historic image, beautifully hand signed and inscribed "9/11/01" by the famed photographer himself in blue felt tip marker. Obtained from an exclusive private signing conducted with Franklin earlier this year, accompanying the photograph is a photo taken at the time of the signing, a COA from the company that conducted the event, and a COA from PSA/DNA.
