Tris Speaker was the greatest center fielder of his day, and an all around great player. He had a lifetime Major League batting avarge of .344 and played for the Red Sox, the Indians, the Senators and the Athletics throughout his 20 year career. He also acted as manager for the Indians during his time there, in which he led the team to their first World Championship in 1920. Offered here is a seldom-seen 3.5" x 5.5" Hall of Fame plaque postcard signed by Tris Speaker in blue ballpoint pen. In good condition.
