This special sketch edition of Wolverine: The Best There is (released Feb 2011) has had the partially blank cover nicely filled in with a sketch of Wolverine drawn by the man behind the character himself, Frank Miller. He has added his flourishing autograph below the sketch. The book is in excellent condition and the piece has been given the grade of 9.8 and encapsulated by CGC Signature Series, with the label noting that Miller accomplished the autograph and sketch on March 1, 2016.
