Incredible one of a kind near-mint Official American League Lee MacPhail baseball by three legendary Yankees in Thurman Munson, George Steinbrenner & Catfish Hunter. The long lived tension between the boss & Munson is well documented as Munson would remain one of the only Yankees ever to test Steinbrenner growing a beard for two weeks. When Steinbrenner signed top free agent Reggie Jackson, Munson had a gentleman's agreement with the boss that his new contract would exceed Jacksons, which was the cause for much of the tension. This is to our knowledge the only OAL baseball baring the dual signatures of both Yankee leaders on one such panel. A tremendous offering in excellent condition worthy of potential grading.
