Bill Gallo is a world renowned and award winning cartoonist famous for his sports cartoons and characters in the Daily News. One of Gallo's more famous works was his 1979 tribute sketch after the death of Yankees baseball great Thurman Munson. This 16x20 cartoon print depicts one of Gallo's famous renderings of the great Mickey Mantle. Bill Gallo has hand signed this print which comes complete a Steiner sticker affixed to the item.
