Large ornate signed document as President; a formal re-appointment of James L. Travers as Receiver of Public Monies in Duluth, Minnesota, August 27, 1918. The document bears a beautiful American Eagle engraving along the top portion and is hand signed by President Wilson at the conclusion. Light uniform toning, otherwise fine. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
