Shortly after becoming Governor of the State of Texas in 1995, President-to-be George W. Bush sold his ownership of the Texas Rangers. On a lightly toned OAL (Budig) baseball that dates from that era, Bush has applied a "10" black felt tip marker signature to the side panel for what was, no doubt, a gubernatorial offering of goodwill.
