This 6.5" x 9" black and white portrait has been matted to a total size of 9.5" x 12". President Harry Truman has signed and inscribed on the matting "Best wishes and long life to Shannon Douglas from Harry Truman, USS MO." In fine condition with some spots on the matting around the edges of the photo and a horizontal fold across the center of the photo. Accompanied by full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
