Tremendous vintage sepia matte-finish 6" x 7.75" half-length portrait of Roosevelt by C.M. Bell, signed and inscribed as president in fountain pen, “With the regards of Theodore Roosevelt, Dec 23d, 1904.” Blindstamped alongside the signature by the photography studio. Some paper loss to the lower right corner and tape remnants in the area of the upper left corner, otherwise fine.
