Tillman was a star linebacker at Arizona State University before being drafted by the Arizona Cardinals. After the attacks on 9/11, Tillman turned down a contract worth millions of dollars to enlist in the United States Army. After completing his training, he was sent to Afghanistan with the 2nd Ranger Batallion. On April 22, 2004, Tillman and his unit were outside of Sperah when he was hit by friendly fire, resulting in his untimely death. Tillman's selflessness, courage and bravery can never be fully measured. Single signed items by him are in scarce supply - usually you will see him on team-signed items, if anything. Presented here is an authentic Pat Tillman signed 2.5" x 3.5" fabric cut signed in black sharpie with a near-mint signature. Framed beautifully with a Reebok Tillman #40 jersey and several photos of the hero. By all accounts, due to his tragic death, authentic Tillman signatures are very few and far between. Don't miss out! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
