One of the Finest Eric Clapton Signed Guitars in Existence!The ultimate signed guitar for the Clapton collector, offered here is a beautiful Fender Stratocaster personal Eric Clapton edition model guitar, made to the same specs as the guitar preferred by Clapton on stage. This guitar is skillfully crafted in the USA and features a facsimile signature of Clapton on the headstock and is painted a beautiful Pewter gray. A collectors item on it's own, this guitar is elevated even further with a beautiful black felt tip marker autograph on the body direct from Clapton himself! A superb full name signature from Clapton (as opposed to his "Eric" signature that he's utilized for decades now), with strong grading prospects as it rates a solid "9-10" by our standards.
During the early 90's Fender had a few of these signed for radio promotions--this particular one was obtained by Mark Wittenberg, the man who helped Kurt Cobain design his Fender Jagstang, and then given to a Reprise Record employee of 20 years. It was sold by the record employee to a private collector, who has had the guitar ever since. Thus, this represents the first time this guitar has ever been offered in the open market, and stands as one of the finest Eric Clapton signed guitars that we've ever had the privilege to offer.
