When it comes to excellence at the defensive back position in the ever more challenging modern NFL, few names rank higher than legend Rod Woodson. With 71 interceptions, 32 fumble recoveries, 11 Pro Bowls & 7 All-Pro selections, it's not surprise that Woodson was a first year ballot entry into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Before becoming a force in the NFL, Woodson was named "Mr. Football" in the state of Indiana for his dominance at Fort Wayne Snider High school in 1982. Offered here is one of only two jerseys worn by the Hall-of-Famer during his 1982 "Mr. Football" campaign. The jersey bares a Champions Size M tag on the front left tail; Woodson's No. 26 - the same number he would wear in college and the pros - is screened in white front and back. Overall in fine condition, hammered with game use including impacts to the white-screened numbers and small holes/impact zones. Authenticated by Rod Woodson with a signed letter of authenticity confirming it's game use.
