The tallest documented human being of modern times, Robert Wadlow (1918–1940), who reached a height of 8' 11", made his living as a touring novelty attraction and shoe company spokesman before dying at the age of 22. Offered here is a vintage postcard photograph of Wadlow standing next to a man of average proportions, nicely hand signed by Wadlow on the back side in pencil. Well preserved and in overall excellent condition. Authenticated and encapsulated by Steve Grad and Brian Sobrero/Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
