Shorly after the 1984 Van Halen Tour, David Lee Roth gived two personalized jackets to Benny "The Jet" Urquidez and his wife, Sara. The Jet posed as a Sensei to Roth and taught him his infamous backflip, Roth in return dedicated the song "Jump" to Benny "The Jet". This jacket is a size XS, stitched with "Sara" (please see photos), and made by Cats Pyjamas of Venice California. The jacket is accompanied by a notarized Letter of Authenticity from Benny Urquidez.
