Shaquille O'Neal was a force of nature on the basketball court, and that became immediately apparent during his days at Robert G. Cole High School in San Antonio, TX. Shaq had two remaricable seasons at Cole High School, leading the team to a 68-1 record and a state championship his senior year. He averaged over 30 points, 22 rebounds, and nine assists, leading Cole to a perfect 36-0 record and a State Championship win over Clarksville with 19 points and 26 rebounds.
The jersey is a white mesh pullover made by Champion. With respect to front of jersey, "COLE" in vertically arched lettering is screened on in yellow with a green outline. Centered on the front and back is the player's high school number "33" screened on in yellow outined in green varsity font. No name on the back, which is correct for a Cole High School jerseys from the late 1980s. Collar and shoulders trimmed in a five-color green-white-yelow-white-green elastic trim. The jersey was previously framed by Shaq and hung prominently for decades, and has some residue and staining from removal from the frame. The jersey also shows terrific usage and was used by Shaq for numerous games while dominating his high school opponents.
Acquired direct from the NBA legend himself, this jersey includes a full Letter of Authenticity from Shaq himself which is signed by him, with the signature being fully authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
