A one page contract that was drawn up between the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Abrahams, Gold & Hecht, 280 Madison Avenue, New York, New York on 22nd August 1968 that has been signed by Jimi Hendrix, Noel Redding and Mitch Mitchell in black felt tipped pen. The contract measures 21.5cm x 28cm (8.5 inches x 11 inches). The condition is very good plus

The document was drawn up in order to indemnify Abrahams, Gold & Hecht against any receipt or disbursement by the company of any monies paid in respect of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, it’s personal appearances and royalties of every kind.

Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Tracks LTD and Beckett Authentication Services (BAS). One day after the contract was signed on 23rd August 1968 the Jimi Hendrix Experience appeared live on stage at the New York Rock Festival, Singer Bowl, Flushing Meadow, Queens, New York, USA.
