This 4.33" x 8.5" 1786 Political Document Segment has been personally signed by former Vice President Aaron Burr in black quill. Serving during President Thomas Jefferson's first term, Aaron Burr remains an important historical figure. Known mostly for the duel with Alexander Hamilton that would see Burr's shot enter the abdomen of Hamilton, formally crowning him the winner. The document has also been signed by Marinus Willett on the reverse. The page has scattered creasing and handling wear with a strip of tape to the reverse side to repair a tear, please review images.
