This USA Soldier Funko Pop! has been personally signed by James McCloughan in blue felt tip marker. McCloughan is a former United States Army soldier and a Vietnam War veteran. For his actions during the war, McCloughan was approved for the Medal of Honor by President Barack Obama and Secretary of the Army Eric Fanning in December 2016. The Funko and box are overall in fine condition with minimal handling wear. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication.
