Superb Signed Stones Album with the Full Lineup & Desirable In-Era Autographs!
Here is an absolutely stunning example of the Rolling Stones’ 1983 studio album “Undercover” signed by all five original bandmembers: Mick Jagger (adding “Hi!” above his name), Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood have (adding an encircled “X” beneath his name) have all signed in crisp red ballpoint, while Charlie Watts and Bill Wyman have signed in black felt tip pen. Per Roger Epperson, the album cover was, “Era signed, and all signatures are extremely nice and full!” Known for the legendary infighting between the ‘Glimmer Twins’ during production, Undercover represents a mix of the classic Stones sound with early 80's reggae, world beat and new wave. With this tension as a backdrop, Undercover showcases Jagger’s most notorious lyrics to date, combined with the urban industrial mood of the record and there's no slickness or polish here whatsoever. Mick, Keith, and the boys still had all the swagger that made them the greatest rock'n'roll band in the world. Undercover would be the last time the Stones sounded so raw and edgy, and yes, dangerous. Fully signed Rolling Stones albums, particularly era-signed, are exceedingly rare, and this is an outstanding example. Comes with full COAs from PSA/DNA and Roger Epperson (REAL).
